Jim’s impressive background includes over 40 years in construction, development and real estate, focusing for the past 20 years on vacation and residential home sales in Pinellas County. Jim has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialists or SRES designation. By earning the SRES Designation, Jim has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.
Jim has served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Realtors, and has been honored by the Pinellas Realtor Association with the Realtor Achievement Award and the Distinguished Service Award. He served as the vice president and broker with another major real estate firm in the Bay area before joining Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and also has experience with new home sales and project management. As a result, he has developed insight into market trends, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques – all the right tools needed to bring your transaction to a successful conclusion. Plus, his in-depth knowledge of the many fine communities available assures clients of finding the home that best reflects their personal and financial goals.
